Civilian deaths and a deleted tweet

The Jewish Press has an article about State Department Spokesperson Jan Psaki's words regarding civilian deaths in Gaza that "certainly there's more that can be done." At the end of the article there is a comparison of civilian deaths in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq.

Civilian drone deaths in Afghanistan tripled last year, according to a report by a UN agency.
